Here’s my review of what we had: For an appetizer, we tried the Proveleta Dehumada, which is melted provolone cheese with cherry tomatoes and crispy fried garlic. It was delicious and presented in a very fun way with smoke billowing out of the tray. For sides, we had the Arroz con Queso and the Crema de Maíz Dehumada. The creamy cheese rice is way better than any mashed potatoes, and the smoked cream corn is amazing. For the main course, we sampled a bunch of meats. They were all incredible, but the standouts were the American Wagyu New York Strip and the Marbled American Wagyu Ribeye. Both are cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. And if you want something truly unique, try the Picanha. It’s a premium cut that comes with an intact fat cap for extra flavor. Overall, we had a great experience. The food and service were excellent. Just opened in December of 2022. I will be back as often as possible. We had two appetizers, smoked cheese and chorizo. The best chorizo I've had in forever. We had two steaks, ribeye and tri-tip, medium rare. Melt in your mouth delicious. Two sides, capellini "bathed in olive oil and garlic," and mashed potatoes, both fantastic. It was memorable.
